At Aslihai, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience. Please review the policy below before submitting a request.

14-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused or lightly tested (maximum 2–3 sprays allowed)

  • Free from signs of heavy use

  • Returned with original packaging, including bottle, cap, and box

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items showing noticeable usage or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Damaged or Leaked Items — 48-Hour Reporting

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaked, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at aslihai2024@gmail.com.

Once approved:

  • You will receive the return address and instructions

  • A return shipping label may be provided where applicable

  • Packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perfumes with obvious usage (more than 2–3 sprays)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Hazardous or flammable products

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please request a return first. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and accurate stock allocation.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union qualify for a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing cancellation for any reason.
Items must still meet the standard return conditions, including unused condition and original packaging.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary
